Before coming to Wags, Kovu had a difficult past, but he hasn't let that keep him down one bit. He sustained damage to his eye from BB gun pellets that have since been removed, and he has healed. Kovu has loved hanging out at our Adoption Center and making friends with every person who comes his way. He's a wiggly and goofy boy who has enjoyed spending his time on neighborhood strolls and playing with his toys in the yard. He is a strong boy who is working on his leash manners and will need a forever home with a confident handler.
