Meet Dickens! This 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy is a sweet, playful, and incredibly affectionate boy who has quickly become a favorite in his foster home. Dickens has a great medium energy level. He loves playing with both dogs and kids, but he also knows when it's time to settle down and relax. His foster says he's especially gentle with their young children and has handled all the typical toddler excitement beautifully. He loves to snuggle and is happiest curled up with his people after a busy day! Dickens is also wonderful with other dogs! He enjoys playing but is respectful when his canine friends aren't interested, making him a great playmate. He's a smart boy who already knows sit and stay and is making great progress with his puppy manners. He's 99% potty trained and has had no accidents recently in his foster home!  At night, Dickens sleeps peacefully in his crate without accidents or issues, and his foster is continuing to build his daytime crate skills. Meet Coco! This 6-month-old, 20lb Beagle mix is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves her people and has plenty of personality to share. Coco is always excited to see her favorite humans when they come home and will happily shower them with affection. She has a playful side and loves chasing multiple balls at once, carrying around her favorite stuffies, and joining in on playtime with her people! She does have a bit of a bunny impression going on and likes to jump when she's excited, but she's a good listener and responds well to a simple "no jump." For a Beagle mix, Coco has a wonderfully mellow side, too. After getting her zoomies out, she's happy to settle down at your feet and relax. She's very food motivated, with peanut butter being a particular favorite, which makes training much easier! Coco already knows sit, down, bed, and crate, and is learning stay and release. Coco sleeps peacefully in wire crate in the same room as her people at bedtime. She's a fun, loving girl who would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a playful pup who also knows how to settle down and relax!

Meet Theo! This 9-month-old, 15.5lb mixed-breed boy is a sweet, affectionate little guy with a personality that will melt your heart. Theo and his brother were found wandering around a neighborhood, and although their owner was located, they ultimately decided they didn't want them. Thankfully, Theo is now looking for the loving forever home he deserves! Theo is incredibly sweet and loves nothing more than cuddling up with his people or snuggling with his canine friends. He's an alert, curious pup who loves to play and entertain himself with his favorite toys, but he's just as happy curling up for a nap when the fun is over. Theo is potty trained, good with kids, and good with other dogs. He'd likely enjoy having a canine companion but could also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only pup. He's not a fan of cats, though, and would do best in a cat-free home. He's a wonderful little dog who has so much love to give and is ready for someone to give him the chance he deserves!

Meet Sweetie! This 3-year-old, 52lb mixed breed girlie truly lives up to her name. With her gentle personality, medium energy level, and affectionate nature, Sweetie is happiest when she's close to her people. Sweetie is an excellent house guest who listens well, follows the rules, and has settled beautifully into her foster home. She loves to cuddle, enjoys spending time with her people, and is especially attached to her foster family. She's also a great listener and is learning that her humans occasionally need a little personal space (she just loves snuggles)! Sweetie is wonderful with visitors and happily greets new people by politely asking for pets. She rarely barks and doesn't rush the door when guests arrive. She's also doing great on leash and enjoys getting out for walks with her people. While Sweetie is comfortable settling in her crate when her foster is home, being left alone is still a work in progress. She can be anxious sometimes when she's home alone, so she'll need a family who is patient and willing to continue helping her feel more comfortable with alone and crate time. Sweetie is heartworm-positive and is currently undergoing treatment, which is fully covered by the 15/10 Foundation, and she's expected to make a full recovery! Sweetie is truly a loving, well-mannered, affectionate girl who just wants to be part of a family.
