Meet our Adoptable Pups
Nearly 16,500 families have found their forever friends through Wags & Walks, and you can too.
Most of our dogs live in foster homes while they wait to be adopted, which helps us learn their personalities and prepare them for life with their forever families. Some dogs are also available to meet at our adoption centers.

Meet Kimchi!
Breed: Chihuahua Mix
Age: 11 months old
Gender: Female
Weight: 9 lbs
This 11-month-old, 9-lb Chihuahua mix is a ball of lovable energy. We rescued Kimchi from an overcrowded shelter, and it has been a joy to see her silly, playful personality blossom. This spunky little pup is curious about everything and loves to give kisses. She loves to play and still gets adorable puppy zoomies. Like many pups her age, she is working on perfecting her household basics and leash manners. She will thrive with adopters who are excited to continue to guide her as she grows up. If you’re looking for an adorable, loving young gal to join your family, Kimchi could be your girl!
Meet Strawberry!
Breed: Mixed Breed
Age: 3 years old
Gender: Female
Weight: 52 lbs
This 3-year-old, 52-lb gal is a silly pup with so much love to give. Strawberry was found chained up in a junkyard and suddenly went from living surrounded by trash to sitting in a high-kill shelter. When what she needed most was a place to heal, she was met with more uncertainty. Despite being failed so horribly by humans, Strawberry wants to connect. It was clear after spending just a few minutes with her that she is a sweet, affectionate girl who just wants to be loved. Now in our care, Strawberry is ready to find the loving home she deserves! She loves getting cuddles from her trusted people, and when she feels safe, she lets her playful, affectionate personality come out. This devoted girl wants to be wherever you are and will happily soak up as many pets and cuddles as she can get. She’s even starting to get curious about toys and is starting to let herself have fun. Strawberry attended a board and train program at Canine School of Behavior to help build her confidence and set her up for success in her forever home. This smart girl is fully potty-trained, does well in her crate, and walks well on leash. She thrives with clear boundaries and would love affectionate adopters who will continue to guide her and advocate for her comfort. If you’re looking for a best friend who will be your loving, loyal shadow, Strawberry could be your girl!

Meet Blossom! This 4-year-old, 58lb mixed-breed girl is a loving, wiggly-butt sweetheart with a playful side and so much love to give! After coming into our care from a neglect situation, Blossom is ready to leave her difficult past behind and find a home of her own. Blossom is an easygoing girl who is wonderful to handle. She walks nicely on leash without pulling and is happiest hanging out near her people and soaking up attention. Once she's in the yard, her playful personality really comes out! She loves exploring, entertaining herself, and checking in with her people for some pets along the way. She's also very treat motivated and already showing off her good manners, happily sitting and even lying down for treats. She'll happily sneak over for affection, sometimes even rubbing against you like a cat! It's so cute. Blossom does well with other dogs and has shown that she can adjust her play style to different canine personalities. She'd likely enjoy having a friendly dog around, though she could thrive in a variety of homes. This sweet girl is ready for her next chapter, and we can't wait to watch her blossom in a forever home!
Meet Clancy, Cherry, and Charlotte! These 8-week-old Beagle mix puppies are sweet, playful, and expected to be medium-sized when fully grown. Like any typical puppy, Clancy, Cherry, and Charlotte are curious, energetic, affectionate, and excited to experience everything the world has to offer. They're still at the very beginning of their training journey, so their adopters should be ready for all the fun (and work!) that comes with puppyhood. These friendly pups could thrive in a variety of homes. They'd likely enjoy having a canine sibling to play with and learn from, but they'd also be perfectly happy as spoiled solo puppies soaking up all the attention. If you're ready for puppy cuddles, zoomies, training sessions, and all the hilarious chaos that comes with raising a young dog, Clancy, Cherry, or Charlotte could be your perfect match!
Meet Casey! This 1.5-year-old, 55lb Poodle mix is a friendly, energetic guy who is ready to find a family of his own! Casey came into our care after being abandoned on a farm, but despite his rough start, he's a sweet young dog who is excited to experience the good life. Casey is a playful, curious pup who loves being around people and is always eager to get out and explore. He's got plenty of energy and can get a little excited when greeting people, but he's already showing that he can settle into a nice rhythm once he's out and about. On walks, he does well on leash and enjoys taking in everything around him. He's curious about his surroundings and loves checking out what's happening nearby! Casey has also done well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to play with. He'd thrive with a family ready to give him plenty of exercise, enrichment, and continued guidance as he works on his manners. After being given such an uncertain start, Casey is ready for something much better: a home where he's loved, included, and given the chance to be the happy, goofy dog he's meant to be!
Meet Posy, Percy, and Penn! These 7-month-old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mixes are sweet, friendly pups weighing between 28–35lbs, with plenty of growing left to do! They're expected to grow into large dogs, so their future families should be ready for some big best friends. They're friendly and should thrive in a variety of homes, whether that's with a canine sibling to play with and learn from or as spoiled solo pups soaking up all the attention. At 7 months old, Posy, Percy, and Penn are still very much puppies and will need adopters who are excited to continue guiding them through puppyhood as they learn and grow. Because of their breed mix and expected size, they'd likely thrive best in a home with a fenced-in yard or direct access to the outdoors. If you're ready for the fun, commitment, and puppy antics that come with raising a young dog, one of these sweet pups could be your perfect match!
Meet Susie, Sampson, and Sheree! These 5-month-old Shepherd mix puppies are each weighing in between 33–38lbs. These big-pawed puppies are already growing and expected to be very large dogs! These three are your typical happy, playful puppies who are curious about the world and excited to be part of whatever you're doing. Like any young puppy, they're still learning all about manners, potty training, crate training, and how to navigate life in a home, so their future families should be ready for the fun (and work!) that comes with puppyhood. They'd likely enjoy having a canine sibling to learn and play with, but they'd also be perfectly happy being spoiled as the only pup in the house. Susie, Sampson, and Sheree are expected to grow into XL-sized dogs, so adopters should be prepared for the commitment that comes with raising a very large best friend. If you're ready for puppy cuddles, one of these big-pawed babies could be your perfect match!

Meet Gus! This 4-year-old, 63lb mixed breed boy is the definition of a good boy. After being rescued from a neglect case, Gus is settling into foster care and starting to discover just how good life can be. Gus is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented. He's been a little nervous with some new experiences, but he's settling in more each day and responds wonderfully to redirection. He's also starting to come out of his shell and show his playful side! His foster says it was almost like he'd never seen a toy before when he discovered a rope toy, and now he's happily learning how much fun they can be. He loves cuddles, comfy spots, and hanging out with his people. Gus is doing great in his crate and slept through the night with no issues. He's also been introduced to another dog and did well with a casual meet-and-greet, happily coexisting and trying to play! His foster says he's truly the sweetest boy and is loving watching his personality emerge as he feels safer and more comfortable. Gus is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, fully covered by @1510foundation, and is expected to make a full recovery. He's ready for a loving family who will give him the time and care to keep blossoming!
Meet Bubby! This 3-year-old, 60lb mixed breed boy is a goofy, energetic sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger love for people. After being rescued from a difficult situation, Bubby is getting the chance to show everyone what a fun, loving dog he is! Bubby is happiest when he's getting attention and will happily wiggle, jump up for pets, and soak up all the love you have to give. He's an active guy who loves getting outside, sniffing around, and especially splashing around in the water or playing in the pool! He's also done well with other dogs and enjoys a good, rowdy play session while still being respectful when his canine friends tell him to tone it down. Bubby walks nicely on leash with minimal pulling and is curious about the world around him. He's still working on his manners and can get a little jumpy or mouthy when excited, but he's eager to please and responds well to redirection. He's affectionate, playful, and full of personality, and we think he's going to make a wonderful companion for an active family ready to keep him busy and continue helping him learn. If you're looking for a goofy best friend who is always ready for fun, Bubby is your guy!
Meet Darryl! This 1-year-old, 72lb mixed breed boy is a big, sweet lovebug with a gentle personality. Darryl is incredibly affectionate and absolutely loves being around people. When he gets outside, he's happiest getting attention, soaking up pets, and even trying to climb into your lap for some extra cuddles! Darryl has a soft, submissive personality and has lived with toddlers, dogs, cats, and farm animals. He's described as incredibly polite and gentle around little ones, moving carefully and thoughtfully despite his size. Like any young dog, Darryl is still working on some manners. He's learning how to walk nicely on leash and would benefit from continued practice with leash skills. He's got a huge heart, a goofy side, and plenty of affection to give! If you're looking for a big, gentle best friend who wants nothing more than to be loved and included in the family, Darryl may be your guy!
Meet Louie!
Breed: Mixed Breed
Age: 2 months old
Gender: Male
Weight: 15 lbs
Louie is as sweet as he is snuggly! This playful puppy came to Wags & Walks with his brother, Larry, from a crowded shelter in the south. Now, they are both in the Hamptons ready to find their forever families!
Louie loves spending his days wrestling, romping around, and exploring everything his puppy world has to offer. This gentle boy is expected to be a medium to large-sized dog when he’s fully grown, and will need plenty of love and support in the coming months! Like any puppy his age, Louie is full of curiosity and enjoys making new friends, playing with other pups, and then settling in for a well-earned nap with his favorite people.
Louie is looking for a family that's excited to guide him through every stage of puppyhood, from training and socialization to plenty of playtime and cuddles. If you’re looking for a sweet puppy, Louie just might be your match!

Luci loves getting outside to explore, whether it's romping through the backyard or joining you for a long walk. One of Luci's best qualities is her gentle and loving nature. She's extremely friendly and patient with children and even young puppies. She plays well with dogs of all sizes and she has also lived peacefully with a cat!
Luci has had great success with potty training when given structure and routine. She has great house manners and is ready to transition into a forever home with ease. Meet Finn!
Breed: Cattle Dog Mix
Age: 2 months old
Gender: Male
Weight: 9 lbs
Sweet little boy Finn came into our care along with his sibling, Floro and Forge, from a crowded shelter in the south. Now safe and ready for a fresh start, Finn is looking for his forever home in the Hamptons!
Like most young puppies, Finn is full of curiosity and loves spending the day exploring, playing with toys, and making new friends. This little boy is a total snuggle bug! After playtime is done, he will happily curl into a ball in your lap for a good cuddle. Finn is doing well in a foster home with other pups, but he would also be more than happy as a solo dog in his forever home.
As Finn continues to grow, he will thrive with a family that's excited to provide plenty of training, socialization, and love while experiencing all of the joys and occasional challenges of puppyhood. If you're looking for a happy, affectionate pup to add to your family, Finn is ready to meet you!
Meet Acorn!
Breed: Terrier mix
Age: 2 months old
Gender: Female
Weight: 2 lbs
Tiny Acorn came into our care from a crowded shelter in the south along with her sister, Pecan! Now safe and settled in the Hamptons, Acorn is ready to find her forever family.
Expected to stay on the smaller side when fully grown, Acorn has been busy learning about everything the world has to offer! This little girl has plenty of spunk packed into one teeny tiny package. Because she is still so young, Acorn will thrive with adopters who are excited to guide her through all the important milestones of puppyhood.
This little girl would do best in a home where she’ll be able to enjoy her autonomy while still getting plenty of structure and love. She would be happy to have a friendly canine sibling to show her the ropes, but she'd also do well as a solo pup in her home. If you're looking for a pint-sized companion, Acorn would love to meet you!
Meet Joni!
Breed: Pug Mix
Age: 8 years old
Gender: Female
Weight: 11 lbs
Joni’s spirit is full of joy and her heart is full of love. This very sweet, gentle girl is friendly and trusting, greeting new people with happy wiggles and a tail that never seems to stop wagging. It’s no surprise that she’s a staff favorite. There is no thing or no one that Joni doesn’t love! She is adaptable to any environment she’s in and is always ready to put a smile on your face.
Joni is potty trained and crate trained, low energy, and generally calm and mellow. She’s happiest with a cozy routine and a daily walk, which she truly enjoys. She loves being close to her people and is a true snugglebug. She coexists well with other dogs big and small, but would also be happy as a solo pup in her forever home.
Joni is also quite curious and enjoys sniffing around, and she has an adorable habit of seeking out high places like the back of a couch or a chair, so she’s always a part of the action. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who brings warmth, cuddles, and constant smiles, Joni is ready to be your new best friend.

Thank you Wags & Walks for bringing so much love into our home. We love everything this organization stands for (from rescuing, to providing medical care, funding treatment, donating supplies, gathering volunteers to transport and foster and then to finally bringing happiness home)-- we are beyond proud to play a small part of this wonderful community!

We cannot thank Wags and Walks enough for bringing Cannoli into our lives. What started as a foster for Lennon from The Beatles litter quickly turned into a foster failure, as we saw how seamlessly Cannoli fit into our family. Wags and Walks made the process easy, which helped confirm that we were making the right decision!

Forever indebted to Wags & Walks for bringing this girl home to us. What started off as a foster, turned into us adopting our fur family member we couldn’t imagine life without. The foster program and adoption program are exceptional and there’s really no other place you need to search. Their work is incredible and inspiring! Could not admire the team behind Wags & Walks more!
