Spike is a friendly, affectionate pup who loves attention and has already shown us what a happy, people-loving dog he can be. Spike is also dog-friendly and enjoys being around his canine friends. He has a playful, social personality and seems to take everything in stride, including his intake bath, which he handled like a champ! Meet Skittles! This adorable 1-year-old, 27lb Corgi mix is a sweet, smiley girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Skittles can be very nervous and timid when she first meets new people or finds herself in an unfamiliar environment, so she’ll need a patient adopter who is willing to give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. Once she starts to come out of her shell, though, her playful personality begins to shine! Skittles loves spending time outside and becomes much more confident in the yard. Once she feels safe, she’ll happily run around, explore, and show off her playful side. And when Skittles gets really excited, she flashes the funniest little happy smile that makes her look just a tiny bit mischievous! It’s one of her most adorable features. Skittles also does well with other dogs, and having a friendly canine companion may help her feel more comfortable as she adjusts to new surroundings. But she’s already beginning to come out of her shell and show us what a total sweetheart she is! Once Presley feels comfortable, she loves being around her people and will happily stick close by your side. She’s a total lap dog who would much rather be curled up in your arms than anywhere else! Presley is incredibly affectionate and has the sweetest, smiliest little face that makes it hard not to fall in love with her. Meet Mojo! This sweet 1-year-old, 33lb mixed-breed boy is a gentle little guy who is learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. Mojo came to us from a dog fighting ring, but despite the difficult circumstances he’s been through, he has shown us just how loving and trusting he can be. Since arriving in our care, Mojo has come out of his shell so much and is gaining more confidence every day. Mojo can be a little unsure when he first heads out for a walk, so he likes to take things slowly while he takes in everything around him. Once he gets going, he starts to warm up and become more comfortable exploring his surroundings. When he sees other dogs, Mojo can be very submissive and may even flatten himself on the leash or roll over in a playful way. He’s a gentle boy who is still learning how to navigate the world and would love an adopter who can give him the patience and encouragement he needs to continue building his confidence. Most of all, Mojo is an incredibly loving boy. He absolutely loves being petted and is happiest when he’s receiving gentle affection from his people. Martha came to us from a large-scale backyard breeding case, and she is still learning what it means to be cared for and loved as an individual. Martha is blind and may also have limited hearing, so the world around her can feel a little overwhelming at times. She is understandably shy in new environments and currently feels most comfortable being held or resting in her safe space. When she’s outside, Martha seems much more confident, where she enjoys taking her time to sniff around and explore. She may be hesitant to walk across unfamiliar surfaces and will often stop or turn around, so her adopter will need to be patient and help her navigate new surroundings at her own pace. Despite her shyness, Martha is a gentle little girl who enjoys being held and seems to find comfort in having her people close by. She’ll need a calm, predictable home where she can build trust, learn her surroundings, and discover that she’s safe. Martha has already been through a lot in her short life. Now, she deserves a family willing to give her the patience, love, and reassurance she needs to blossom.

Meet T-Rex! This handsome 3-year-old, 46lb Shepherd mix is a friendly, gentle guy with a sweet personality and plenty of Shepherd charm. T-Rex is the kind of dog who makes friends wherever he goes and is always happy to say hello to new people! T-Rex has medium energy and enjoys getting out for walks and exploring his surroundings, but he's happy to chill out for some pets as well. He’s a good boy on leash and makes a great walking companion! He’s also wonderful with other dogs and enjoys being around his canine friends. T-Rex has a naturally easygoing personality and is respectful when meeting new pups. Of course, we can’t forget to mention how handsome he is! T-Rex is quite the pretty boy, but his gentle nature is what really makes him special. T-Rex is heartworm-positive and is currently undergoing treatment. Meet Coco! This 7-month-old, 19.5lb Beagle mix is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl with a playful personality and plenty of puppy energy to share! She absolutely loves her people and gets so excited to see them when they come home, happily showering them with affection. Coco loves chasing multiple balls at once, carrying around her favorite stuffies, and joining in on playtime with her humans! Coco is as gentle as she is playful and is a great crate sleeper. She sleeps peacefully in her wire crate in the same room as her people at night and already knows sit, down, bed, and crate. She’s also learning stay and release and is very food motivated, with peanut butter being a particular favorite, which makes training more fun and rewarding! Like many young pups, Coco is still working on her manners and potty training. She can get especially excited and likes to show off her best bunny impression by jumping, but she’s a good listener and responds well to a simple “no jump.” She has lots of young-dog energy and would thrive with a family who can give her plenty of playtime, enrichment, exercise, and opportunities to continue learning! Coco would do especially well in a home with a fenced yard or with an energetic dog who enjoys having a playful puppy around. She’s a fun, loving girl who is ready to keep learning and growing with a family of her own! 

Meet Luna! This sweet 2-year-old, 42lb girl is ready to leave her mama days behind and start a chapter of her own. After raising her puppies, Luna is looking for a forever home where she can relax, soak up some love, and enjoy being someone’s very good girl. Luna is the chillest foster and has a wonderfully easygoing personality. She loves being near her people and especially enjoys being included in the action—group hugs are one of her favorite things! While she can be timid when first meeting someone, once Luna warms up, she’ll happily stick by your side. She’s a big cuddle bug who loves affection and is content to spend much of her day relaxing nearby! Don’t let her laid-back nature fool you though, Luna is always up for a walk! She does great on leash and can walk with a relaxed leash even with plenty of neighborhood distractions. She also loves car rides and is friendly with other dogs, happily coexisting with her foster dog! Luna is potty trained, does great in her crate, and is incredibly smart and easy to train. She already knows “sit,” “come,” “crate,” and “bedtime,” and she’s working on “lay down!” If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, well-mannered companion, Luna is ready to be your new best friend!
