Meet Lil Mama! She’s a 2-year-old mixed breed pup weighing 18 lbs. Lil Mama was rescued in January from a hoarding case in Bakersfield, CA. She was brought into our care with her puppies and was sadly undersocialized to humans and the outside world. Despite being understandably scared, she is sweet and loving as can be. She has been settling into her loving and patient foster home, and is showing great signs of improvement. She’s potty trained, crate trained and has made great strides in her confidence around new people. She will thrive with a patient adopter who can continue to build her confidence and adjust to her new forever home. The outside world is new to this girl, but with patience and continued exposure, she’s beginning to get more comfortable out and about. Lil Mama enjoys gentle affection and is happiest when she is near her humans. She’s an active, cuddly and fun-loving girl once she’s comfortable and will bring so much light and laughter to her forever home. She does well around other pups with slow introductions and would love another confident dog in her forever home to learn the ropes from, if possible.
