This pretty gal is still looking for her people! Jada is an 8-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix weighing 55 lbs. She is a friendly and playful girl who can be nervous in new situations but is quick to warm up. Jada loves cuddling time with her humans, going for walks, and making new friends, both people and pups alike. She’s been a rockstar in playgroup while at our center and is a gentle and dainty playmate who even does well with the tiniest of playmates. She attended a training program with LAK9s, where she worked on basic commands and building up her confidence. While she made a lot of progress in training, she will need an owner who is a confident handler whose lead she can follow when she’s nervous in new situations and around new people. She is still learning to be comfortable while alone, so would benefit from continued guidance and positive reinforcement from her future family. Jada would love a forever home with another dog to help her with confidence and provide her with companionship, if possible.
