Orchard
Meet Orchard! This handsome boy is a one-year-old mixed breed pup weighing 22 lbs. Orchard was rescued from the recent hoarding case in San Bernardino. He was one of the 12 dogs saved from the property the second time around when we went to rescue more pups. Coming into our program, Orchard was extremely shut down and scared of his surroundings. He has spent the last few weeks in a loving foster home and has received much-needed TLC. He has begun to settle in and his true personality is finally starting to shine! He’s a sweet and affectionate boy. Once Orchard is comfortable around someone, he’ll lean in for belly rubs and head scratches. He’s a big fan of romping in the yard and entertaining himself with toys.
Orchard enjoys the presence of his people and is getting used to being alone. He is currently working on potty training on a schedule and settles into his crate well. As Orchard catches onto his new normal, he will need patience while settling into a new environment since the sights and sounds of the world are new to him. Despite everything he has been through, Orchard still has so much love to give and deserves to find their forever people!
