Understandably so, she tends to be nervous in new situations. Sugar has gradually gained confidence with the help of her foster and is starting to reveal her sweet, affectionate side. Once she's comfortable, she is such a silly and loving pup! She really opens up when she is around other pups, so would love to have another confident pup in her forever home, if possible.
