He's been spending the last few weeks in a loving foster home with his sister, Palm, where they both have been able to decompress and adjust to this new normal. Despite everything this young pup has been through, he remains incredibly sweet, silly, and playful. Oak is an affectionate boy who loves to be held like a baby. He enjoys romping around with his sister, playing with toys, taking lots of naps, and quietly looking out the window as he watches people walk by.
