Monty

Meet Monty! This fluffy boy is a 1-year-old, 35lb, poodle mix with a joyful, friendly personality. He is an active boy who is incredibly proud of his toy collection here at our Adoption Center. Monty is a social butterfly who will do anything for attention and is a sucker for head scratches. Once he gets his zoomies out, he is able to settle and relax and will gladly roll over for belly rubs. Since Monty is young and still has puppy-like energy, he will need an adopter who lives an active lifestyle and is willing to continue his training as he grows and settles in a home environment. Monty loves other pups and given his playful nature, we’re sure he’d adore a playmate, if possible. He likes to show his love by jumping on you for a hug (a habit we’re working on curbing) so he may do best in a home without small children or with a family comfortable in helping teach him not to jump. If you have a love for doodles, Monty will make a sweet, affectionate, playful companion!
