Thunder, April Showers Litter
Meet Thunder and Sprinkle from the April Showers Litter! These adorable mixed-breed pups are 6 months old and we expect them to be medium-large when fully grown. We rescued them from our shelter partner in Maury County, who had found them abandoned in a drain with some of their siblings. These sweet pups are slowly learning life as dogs, so they are a little timid to new environments but are quickly catching on. They are acclimating well and eager to accept all of the love our staff has been giving them.
Thunder and Sprinkle both love to play with toys and romp around in the play yard. Despite their initially shy nature, they are friendly to both other dogs and humans, and will likely do well in a variety of homes. Their demeanor is very sweet and gentle, and they’re quick to wiggle up for pets. They are not familiar with being walked on a leash, so they are still learning confidence during walks but are making great progress! Thunder and Sprinkle will need adopters who are excited to continue building their confidence in a home setting but we imagine with a little more time and consistency they’ll blossom quickly.
