Breezy, April Showers Litter

Meet Breezy from the April Showers Litter! This adorable mixed-breed pup is 6 months old and we expect them to be medium-large when fully grown. We rescued Breezy from our shelter partner in Maury County, who had found her abandoned in a drain with some of her siblings. This sweet pup is slowly learning life as a dog, so she is a little timid to new environments but is quickly catching on. She is acclimating well in her foster home and is eager to accept all of the love her foster has been giving her.

Breezy loves to play with toys and romp around in the play yard. Despite her initially shy nature, she is friendly to both other dogs and humans, and will likely do well in a variety of homes. Her demeanor is very sweet and gentle, and she’s quick to wiggle up for pets. She isnot familiar with being walked on a leash, so she is still learning confidence during walks but is making great progress! Breezy will need adopters who are excited to continue building her confidence in a home setting but we imagine with a little more time and consistency she’ll blossom quickly.
